- 2 bananas, chopped & frozen
- ¼ cup soy milk
Chocolate version
- 2 tbsp cacao powder
- Pinch cinnamon
- Pinch salt
- Crushed hazelnuts for topping
Peanut butter
- 2 tbsp peanut butter
- Pinch salt
- Date caramel sauce for topping
Berry nice cream
- 1 cup mixed frozen berries
- Splash of additional soy milk
- Pinch vanilla powder
Tropical flavors
- ½ cup frozen pineapple or mango
- ¼ cup coconut milk
- Shredded coconut for topping
Instructions
- Prepare your frozen bananas by peeling and chopping ripe bananas and placing them in an air-tight container in the freezer overnight or longer.
- Once ready to make your easy and healthy vegan ice cream, place about 2 frozen bananas, soy milk and any of the add-ins to create your desired flavor in your high-speed blender.
- You might want to let the bananas defrost for a few minutes before blending them! Then, process until creamy and smooth.
- Stop and scrape down the sides if needed and add some more liquid if the ice cream doesn’t come together.
- Serve with any toppings of your choice and enjoy immediately!

- Unfortunately, blended banana ice cream doesn’t scoop well once frozen, so you should enjoy it right away.
