About
Culver's is a popular fast-food chain known for its frozen custard and signature burgers made with Midwest beef and dairy. Many people frequent this establishment when craving a delicious burger, but the fries can be underwhelming, often chewy and soggy. However, the cheese curds and onion rings are recommended alternatives as they consistently offer a crispy and flavorsome experience. Despite its fast-food ambiance, Culver's prides itself on serving fresh and scrumptious food.
Why you should go
- Indulge in their to-die-for burgers that are described as an adult version of McDonald's but much better
- Try their creamy frozen custard with a variety of toppings and mix-ins that can change your life
- Experience Culver's cheese curds which receive mixed reviews but are generally praised for being delicious

Custard was nice and creamy and they have some of the nicest customer service out there.
The burgers are seriously to die for! It's like the adult version of McDonald's, but sooo much better. I love that patty is greasy but not gag greasy. It doesn't make the bun soggy, and it doesn't overpower the condiments on the burger. I absolutely love the cheese curds. There's usually a wait to get the food but totally worth it. Yum!
Food is always fresh and good. Sunday at noon is always busy. Knowing this, the General Manager should of made sure the tables are clean instead of getting customer orders.I understand you need to take orders but when there isn't a clean place to sit.....

We gathered reviews from Google and Tripadvisor, and summarized helpful tips as well as commonly mentioned things others might find useful.
- Visit during off-peak hours to avoid long waits as some reviewers mention delays in getting their food
- If you have specific dietary requirements or allergies, inform the staff as they have been known to accommodate special requests such as cleaning equipment for allergens
- Consider trying different menu items like onion rings instead of fries if you find them soggy based on some reviews
Reviews
Culver's is a mixed bag of reviews, with some praising the creamy custard and excellent customer service while others complain about issues like cleanliness, wrong orders, and slow service. The cheese curds receive both high praise for being delicious and disappointment for being rubbery at times. The burgers are highlighted as fantastic with greasy but not overwhelming patties that complement the condiments well. Some customers appreciate the fresh food and friendly staff, while others express frustration over incorrect orders or lackluster experiences.

Came for supper , drove home from Louisiana since this morning . Stopped in after driving all day , dreaming of the cheese curds the last few hours before pulling in to Culver’s . 😩. Rubbery dry stale cheese curds.. I’m to polite and shy to go ask for new ones . Still love ya , just uber disappointed.
I've only had the dessert here but I have to say Frozen Custard will change your life they've got a variety of different toppings and mix-ins that are to die for I can't wait to come back to this place
