What differentiates a High Performance Team from a “regular” DevSecOps team. This was the subject of my first talk as Practice Lead at Ordina / Sopra Steria.A talk, part of a get together at Ordina headquarters to inspire and challenge each other, about some of the amazing achievements of one of our top high performing teams and how they did it. A DevSecOps team which I had the honor to lead and coach as teamlead and scrum master for the past 3,5 years. How a small group of (young) professionals went further than the initial assignment, delivering superior (added) value while simultaneously expanding their reach making a real difference for and together with our client. Small giveaway: One of the most important things (in my opinion) to create a superior value delivering team, besides psychological safety of course: Knowing what is needed to convert expertise and potential into value, which goes further then moving user stories from TODO to DONE.
