Must have a MINIMUM of 3-5 years of residential construction experience. *******
What you’ll be doing - Job Responsibilities:
Creating a full schedule of services for our clients
Scheduling and managing the production portion of the project
Scheduling and communicating with a mix of in-house tradesmen and subcontractors
Maintains records of personnel and resources used on projects and communicates all billable events to others.
Interfaces with adjusters and customers in person, over the phone, and virtually to resolve issues and answer questions about the loss
Having constant and professional communication with our customers
Prepares documentation and pictures according to company policies and procedures to ensure reimbursem*nt from insurance companies
Creating and cultivate relationships with insurance adjusters
Keeping all jobs within budget and on schedule
What we’re looking for - You’ll be a great fit, if you:
Manages time well
Communicates clearly and effectively
Organized and detail oriented
Have a basic construction background, building materials, flooring
Have experience in the restoration industry and be fluent in writing estimates in Xactimate or comparable
What we require of you – Must haves:
Must be able to pass background and pre-employment drug screening
Must have an Oregon Driver's License with a clean driving record
What you’re looking for - Benefits & Perks:
Base Salary - $55,000-$68,000, depending on experience
