This property has undergone a recent refurbishment and the results of this work have been highly praised by guests, who say that they absolutely love the new, modern feel of this hotel. In addition to their good looks, units were found to be well-kept and spacious.Also, many were pleased to find that rooms here are well-equipped, with the fridge units and coffee makers being particularly impressive amenities.

The breakfast here is outstanding. The food - in terms of both quality and variety - is impressive and guests were pleased to find that items were freshly cooked and replenished by staff as needed.

Finally, guests were pleased to note that this property is located a reasonable distance to a number of local attractions, including downtown San Jose and the city's Japantown area.

Those hoping to be right among the shops of Santana Row were left disappointed by the location of this property, which is just under a mile away from this shopping area. To this end, many felt that the inclusion of the word ‘row' in the name of these apartments was misleading in terms of the property's overall location in San Jose.

Despite the refurbishment, many felt that rooms and units had a slightly raw or unfinished look about them. Most commented negatively on the unattractive mix of old and new fixtures and fittings, a look that was prevalent in certain rooms.

Finally, guests reported being disturbed by noise from both the nearby road as well as the hallways here. This did have an impact on the sleep quality of many.
